I am a freelance model maker living and working in and around London. I have a broad range of skills including sculpting, moulding, finishing and painting, fabrication and leather work.

I have several years experience working for employers including Neil Scanlan, Altered States FX, Harry Potter Creatures Dept, Solutions Studios and Artisan Armour. I have most recently been specializing in silicone prosthetics.

I also take on projects independently and design and make art toys (plush + resin) which I sell online.

Minotaur Prosthetic + Costume

Prosthetic : Sculpted in Chavant, moulded in fibreglass, cast in Plat-Sil Gel 10
Horns : Sculpted in water clay, moulded + cast in fibreglass
Tunic : Linen, machine stitched, Cloak : Wool
Pauldrons + Belt : Leather, dyed, punched + stitched by hand with polyurethane resin 'stone'

Full Body Creature Prosthetic

Made for short film "Godless Nights" based on Concepts by Ben Penrose 5 individual pieces sculpted in clay + Chavant, moulded in Plaster (hands) and Fibreglass (all other parts). Head cast in Plat-Gel 10, all other parts in latex and flexible polyurethane foam. I also did the life casting (hands), painting + application of this suit.

Painted using acrylics to look like beaten old leather.

'Zillabots' Toy prototypes

Bandsawed and hand carved in high density foam, moulded in RTV silicone, Cast in Polyurethane Resin.

Character heads cast out in soft foam and filled with expanding foam for use by wig makers on CBeebies series 'Zingzillas'. Completed while on work experience with Karen Purvis at Solutions Studios

Life casts taken and fibre glass mannequins made for fabricators on CBeebies series 'ZingZillas'. I took part in every stage of the process.

Scenic art + prop making for Belgrade Theatre, Coventry.
Pantomime carriages I painted and decorated, I also sculpted and painted pumpkins in polystyrene to hang from the top.

Set Construction and artworking for Sony Playstation promotion for Hot House IWG
I contstructed some of the interior and aged + 'rusted' the metal frame and guttering.
